Within 3 working days from receipt of booking request, Service contract will be sent to you.
Please check, fill in, or eventually adjust and sign Intermediary Travel Contract and return it to us.
Upon acceptance of the Intermediary Travel Contract and receipt of your appropriate advance payment, we will send you a confirmation of advance payment and information about Bike tour and thereby contract will enter into force.
The outstanding payment must be paid no later than 20 days prior to your Bike tour departure. Upon your request the outstanding payment can be paid in cash on the day of the bike tour departure. In case neither of these options will be fulfilled, the Bike tour will not take place.
On the day of departure you will receive all documents and information needed for your Bike tour.
