Combined stays
Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic is sometimes referred to as the Mother of Cities and is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. A walk through its historical areas of Prague Castle, over Charles Bridge and on to the Old Town Square you will certainly enjoy.
Český Krumlov – a medieval town 180 km south of Prague and listed by UNESCO. It is a town where visitors can really marvel at the art and flair of our ancestors with the local atmosphere here. A castle, castle gardens, ancient squares, narrow streets, just like a fairy tale.
Kutná Hora – an ancient town, also registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is located 75 km east of Prague. Every step taken there allows its visitors to breathe in history. The Cathedral of St. Barbara, Jesuit College, Museum of Silver, Italian Court, unique Bone Ossuary, the magnificent Chateau Kačina (about 6 km from the center) all should be visited. Of course you will not want to miss a medieval feast in the restaurant U Kata.
The Czech mountains - usually we go to the mountain resorts of Harrachov and Spindleruv Mlyn. They are approximately 140 kilometres north of Prague. If you would like to ski, the most ideal term is from January to mid-March. Ideally you should bring your own skis which you are used to but if that's not possible you can rent equipment from one of the many rental shops. The mountains are also beautiful to visit in the summer, spring or autumn. Hiking, fresh air and beautiful scenery - it all goes together nicely.
Based on our experience, it is best to divide your stay between three days in Prague and three days in Český Krumlov, Kutna Hora, or the mountains to give you plenty of options to get to know each place and the attractions we mentioned. Of course the number of days and nights and where you spend them is completely up to you. Likewise, the time of year for a combined trip is yours to decide. These decisions will effect the price of a combined trip to the Czech Republic.
