Booking of your self-guided Bike tour:
- Please fill in booking request.
- Within 3 working days from receipt of booking request, Service contract will be sent to you.
- Please check, fill in, or eventually adjust and sign Intermediary Travel Contract and return it to us.
- Upon acceptance of the Intermediary Travel Contract and receipt of your appropriate advance payment, we will send you a confirmation of advance payment and information about Bike tour and thereby contract will enter into force.
- The outstanding payment must be paid no later than 20 days prior to your Bike tour departure. Upon your request the outstanding payment can be paid in cash on the day of the bike tour departure. In case neither of these options will be fulfilled, the Bike tour will not take place.
- On the day of departure you will receive all documents and information needed for your Bike tour.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Establishment of the Contract: Intermediary Travel Contract is concluded between the intermediary travel agency and the client. The conclusion of the Contract occurs upon acceptance and confirmation by intermediary travel agency of the Contract signed by the client and receipt of the appropriate advance payment.
Whereas Intermediary Travel Contract is valid for all persons referred to therein, and for the contractual obligations is responsible undersigned person.
The Intermediary travel agency undertakes to provide service stated in the Intermediary Travel Contract to the client and he agrees to pay the agreed price.
2. Payment terms:
- Contractual advance payment in amount of 50% of the full payment must be received at least 30 days before the Bike tour departure. If the advance payment is not received, your booking is cancelled.
- The full payment must be paid minimum 20 days prior the Bike tour departure or pursuant to a written request you can pay in cash on the day of the Bike tour departure.
- When ordering in a period less than 30 days prior the Bike tour departure is necessary to pay full amount for services at one time as soon as it is possible.
- The form of payment: by bank transfer according to an issued invoice by Intermediary Travel Agency. In case the advance payment or full payment will not be received, the Intermediary Travel Agency is entitled to cancel participation of the client in the Bike tour. In case of unpaid balance of the full payment it is considered as the cancellation made by the client.
3. Withdrawal from the contract:
- By the client: the client has the right to withdraw from the contract, however, it must be done in writing. The contractual relationship is cancelled and the participation is cancelled on the day when the written withdrawal is received by the Intermediary Travel Agency.
In case of cancellation, the client is obliged to pay cancellation fees, always calculated of the total price of services, according to the date when the cancellation occurred as follows:
30 and more days prior the Bike tour departure 25%
10-29 days prior the Bike tour departure 50%
9 and les days prior the Bike tour departure 100%
- By the Intermediary Travel Agency:
If any unexpected serious facts occur a travel agency reserves the right not to start, interrupt or discontinue the Bike tour. About this fact the client will be informed without delay. In this case the Intermediary Travel Agency refunds proportional part of the price (after deduction of its own urgent costs), the client has paid the Intermediary Travel Agency for the provision of services.
4. Changes in the terms of the contract: The Intermediary Travel Agency has reserved the right to change daily schedule and place of accommodation. Sightseeing of the places mentioned in program of the tour are guaranteed.
5. The price increase of ordered services: Prices for services provided by us are not subject of change (even if exists a significant change in exchange rates, the increase in transport costs, etc.)
6. Travel documents: Each client handles travel documents himself. Intermediary Travel Agency is not responsible for any damages due to incompleteness or expiration of travel documents.
7. Insurance: Travel insurance (health insurance, baggage insurance, insurance for harm done, casualty insurance and insurance against irrecoverable cancellation costs) are the responsibility of the Client. Insurance for the Travel Agency bankruptcy is included in the price of the tour.
8. Deposit and payment of caused damages: Before departure client is obliged to pay returnable deposit 250,- euro per person. In case that damage will be caused the adequate amount of deposit will be charged. If the caused damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the client is obliged to pay full costs.
9. Complaints: The client has the right to complain about insufficiencies and deficiencies of the services provided preferably immediately or within 3 months from the date of the Bike tour return. The Intermediary Travel Agency will make every effort for their immediate removal, or optionally will ensure adequate alternatives. The client, who roughly violates laws of the Czech Republic, may be without compensation from the Bike tour excluded.
10. The final provisions: These conditions enter into force on 1. 3. 2015. By signing the Intermediary Travel Contract the client confirms that he understands them and fully respects them. By entering the data on the contract the client expresses its consent to process personal data according to the Act no. 101/2000 Coll. for the purposes of securing the services provided.
